About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Salesperson in Houston, TX, you’ll:
- Sell our complete suite of digital marketing and website services.
- Provide customer service and reporting, teaching clients how to increase their leads and online presence.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships that lead to recurring commissions.
- Meet face-to-face with clients and be available for in-person interviews with our team.
Compensation Plan – Unlimited Earning Potential
Our pay schedule is designed to reward hard work and long-term client success:
- 16% commission on new customers – roughly equal to two months of their payments.
- 8% recurring commission on renewals – earn every year you maintain their business.
- 16% growth bonus – when you grow a client’s business during the year, you receive 16% of the increase, plus 8% on the renewed amount.

What You’ll Sell
- Website Design & Development: SEO-driven, custom, responsive, ecommerce, WordPress, Shopify, and maintenance.
- SEO & Content: on-page SEO, link building, local SEO, Google Business Profile, ecommerce SEO, audits, AI SEO content, and reporting.
- Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, plus calendars and profile management.
- Search Engine Marketing: Google Ads, Bing PPC, remarketing, and local service ads.
- Email & Reputation: MailChimp, Constant Contact, online reviews, and reputation management.
